I am very pleased with Paladin. I have to say I experienced 3 different agents before and paladin is definitely a 5 star compared to my previous experience. The job is done, the apartment rented, the bills paid, the check in and out inventories done, statements sent in due times, legal and tenancy advice very well, and any question I have answered quickly.

Proactive, Professional, and Genuinely Effective Property Management

Paladin have made a very strong and positive impact as our property management agent. From the outset, they carried out a thorough review of every aspect of the building, including a detailed assessment of available funds and a proper, comprehensive health and safety review. They have significantly improved building security, installing and upgrading CCTV and ensuring the front entrance is secure. Long-standing parking issues have been resolved, and they’ve built a strong and effective working relationship with local authorities, particularly in areas such as fire safety and waste management. All existing contracts have been comprehensively reviewed, with clear progress being made towards a more streamlined and transparent service charge budget. Importantly, they’ve also resolved the long-running heating issues with the communal boilers, a problem that had persisted for years. A special mention to Andrew, who has done an amazing job, professional, proactive, and clearly committed to improving the building for residents.

Paladin have been a breath of fresh air since taking over our building in Slough Nova House - things actually get done now - no over flowing bins , no mess , no unexplained sudden loss of hot water - car park under control - cctv measures in place!
